Custom Made Jackets

Continent Of Leather is proud to offer a custom-made jacket program.
 
Pick your own style, features, and leather.  Leather can be dyed to match almost any color.
A sample either in leather or cloth is the best way to start.  We send it with specifications regarding the shell, lining, pockets, etc., to our plant in Pakistan where a sample will be produced for your review.
 
While most of our jackets are now manufactured to our specifications overseas, certain contracted jacket styles are made in our original factory in Tullahoma, Tennessee.  This option is usually reserved for large quantities and/or government contracts but is a negotiable option.
 
We have a clothing designer on staff who will make the "first article" sample.
 
After customer approval, we will produce a set of patterns to meet your needs concerning sizes and scale, the price will be established at this time.
 
The next step is to produce a size run of all sizes the customer plans to purchase.
 
Minimum Order Quantity is 300 pieces of a style.
 
The entire process takes about 180 days.  Less time is required if we are currently producing a similar garment.
 
Private labeling is also offered.
 
Transportation and customs clearance is handled by us.  This is a turn-key process--you provide a sample coat and pick out your leather, we take care of the rest!
 
Re-orders are available with smaller minimums than the original order.
 

Custom Bags & Accessories

Continent Of Leather offers a complete program for leather bags and related small leather goods.

Handbags, duffel bags, flight bags, shaving kits, wallets, you name it.

The process is similar to the custom jacket program.

Customer provides a bag/item in either cloth or leather.

Then pick the leather and color you want, we can provide swatches.

Sample(s) are produced.

Customer feedback is requested so we can "tweak" the item to your needs.

The final sample is produced and the item is priced.

Production can then proceed according to the customer's schedule.

All prices are quoted F.O.B. Tullahoma, we take care of all customs fees, duties, and offshore freight.

Private labeling upon request.  Embossing and embroidery services are available from customer artwork.
